Before people go into panic attacks, some symptoms can already manifest such as accelerated heartbeats or a sudden eruption of anxious and fast-paced thoughts.
For many who are aware of what happens before an attack, they try to do preventive measures such as getting a breath of fresh air or taking a walk. Some even make use of calming scents such as essential oils or drinking tea or warm water to help them cope with the initial feeling of stress and anxiety.
It’s important that we learn to understand our emotions in order to better deal with them when they turn negative.
