10. Seek help from others
In worst case scenarios, you can always rely on close families and friends to help you navigate through waves of anxiety and panic. If you are at work, you can always confide with someone who you feel can understand you and your emotions. It’s important to understand that you are not alone, and that there are people who are willing to help you.
Start by opening up and sharing with them how to deal with you in case they see you going through a panic attack. Let them know what words not to say, or what techniques help you best. Even the simple action of being there beside you while you handle yourself can already be reassuring to many who have learnt to deal with their panic attacks alone.
And if you feel like that you may need professional help, there are doctors and online help lines to assist you.

For every person, panic attacks vary in forms and length—but know that it is possible to overcome them. So, whenever you feel anxious or are struggling with panic attacks, try these tips and exercises out.
