The long-awaited Korean drama “Snowdrop” starring Blackpink’s Jisoo and Jung Hae In will start airing in December.
Korean TV channel JTBC released on their Instagram account the first official teaser poster for Snowdrop that shows the main characters Jung Hae In and Jisoo dancing together during an open house party.

Written by Yoo Hyun Mi, the writer behind the hit Korean drama Sky Castle, Snowdrop entails the story between college students Im Soo Ho and Eun Young Ro that was set in the 1980s.
The said drama will be directed by Jo Hyun Taek, the director of the famous Korean dramas Sky Castle, Maids, Mirror of the Witch, and To My Beloved.
Jung Hae In, as one of the fast-rising actors in the Korean film industry, will portray the character Soo Ho, a Korean-German university elite student.
Hae In was best known for his supporting role in the popular Korean series, “While You Were Sleeping” wherein he portrayed the role of the 2nd lead.

Meanwhile, Blackpink’s Jisoo is Young Ro, a cheerful college student who fell in love at first sight with Soo Ho. Snowdrop will be Jisoo’s debut in the film industry.

Other characters are Lee Kang-Moo played by Jang Seung-Jo, a relentless head of Team 1 of the National Intelligence Service (NIS), and Yoo In-Na as Kang Chung-Ya, a beautiful and talented surgeon.
JTBC has yet to announce the other details about the drama.
