17. Continued enforcement of Maritime Safety and Security by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)
According to DOTr Asec. Libiran, here are the completed activities of the PCG as of April 4:
• Assisted the manning of 3,504 Quarantine Control Points within the area of responsibility of 13 PCG Districts
• Inspected a total of 28,641 vessels
• Conducted medical screening to a total of 52,420 crew members and fishermen
• Conducted a total of 6,560 seaborne operations at waters off the 13 CG Districts
