11. Extended application period for PUVs
DOTr has extended the application period for renewal of licences, franchise, and accreditation, etc. until April 2020.
The following guidelines are as follows:
• No fines and penalties for late registration of motor vehicles and for the renewal of driver’s licenses that are set to expire during the implementation of the ECQ.
• Extended validity of STCW Certificates to all Filipino Seafarers onboard ships
• Extended Certification of Aviation Security (Avsec) and Maritime Security (Marsec) Staff/ Personnel and Accreditation of Training Institution, Center, and School (ICS) for 90 days after the ECQ
