15. Assistance of the cargo deliveries
Ports under Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Cebu Ports Authority (CPA) continue operations amid the lockdown.
The DOTr-PPA collaboration has implemented the following policies to ensure uninterrupted operations:
• Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 11-2020: Port Emergency Measures to Ensure Unhampered Flow of Import Cargo at MICT
• Notice of Prohibition Against the Imposition of Additional Port Charges and Fees, Including Hazard Fee, in the Provision and Delivery of Port Services
• MC No. 09-2020: Guidelines in the Issuance of Cargo Entry/Withdrawal Permit
