After the official signing off of its original hosts, the local noontime show “Eat Bulaga” is back on live, introducing its new set of hosts.

In a span of almost 44 years, the regular hosts of “Eat Bulaga,” namely Vic Sotto, Tito Sotto, and Joey De Leon, bid their goodbyes to their audience due to an agreement with the show’s new management.

This Monday, the noon-time show went back on air and revealed the new faces of its hosts, namely Paolo Contis, Betong, Buboy Villar, Mavy and Cassy Legaspi, and Alexa Miro.

Staying true to its goal of sharing happiness with its viewers, Paolo Contis hyped the audience by reassuring them that they would continue to give more exciting surprises in the show.

“Dabarkads, tara na! ‘Eat Bulaga’ na! Dabarkads, kayo ang dahilan kung bakit tuloy-tuloy ang saya,” Contis said.

Other hosts also expressed their excitement about their journey to hosting the popular variety show as they introduced new segments.

Artist Alexa Miro even shared a sneak peek photo before they went live.

The opening of the show already revealed a lot of surprises as the hosts gave away cash prizes and other high-class products to the audience.

Along with the unveiling of new segments, the noon-time show also featured local artists such as girl group XOXO, Kokoy de Santos, and Kenaniah.

This change in the set of regular hosts and programs of the noon-time show gathered mixed sentiments among the audiences who were still in awe of the future projects of the show.
