From International music icon, Cher’s ‘Let women do it’ to famous social-media personality, Bretman Rock’s ‘My President is a Woman.

Social media is on a roll after Filipino-American influencer Bretman “Da Baddest Rock” showed his support and cheered for Presidential candidate Leni Robredo following the stunning Leni-Kiko campaign rally held in Pasig City.

The international star took to his Instagram stories to express his support to Vice President Leni through photos of the lone female palace bet speaking in front of a pink-filled crowd and another with her photo during the Comelec presidential debate 2022 on which Bretman captioned, “This statement shook me to the core… My President is a woman” referring to Robredo’s closing statement “the best man for the job is a woman” during the Comelec-organized debate last March 19.

Risking being criticized by anti-Leni trolls, the international personality’s act of raising his Filipino roots through his public support for VP Leni’s candidacy has gained backing and praises from netizens, referring to it as a great feat which have sparked the enlarging hope of good governance for the country.

Bretman Rock is currently trending in different social media platforms with the #BretmanRockforLeni following the #ArianatorsforLeni after Global pop star Ariana Grande’s shares videos of the pink #PasigLaban 180,000 crowd singing one of her hit songs “Break Free ” during the people’s rally in Pasig.
