Former sweetheart Julia Barreto and Joshua Garcia comeback for Moira Dela Torre’s music video “Paubaya” which was released on the same date of Valentine’s Day, on Sunday, February 14.

The song was originally released in October 2020 but the music video debuted separately. The music video was directed by Niq Ablao.

The nearly 12-minute video seemingly gave a “closure” angle of the two artists to their relationship as their lines became true to life coincided with when they broke up last year.

As the two exes again have been reunited became an instant trending topic on Twitter after its official release on YouTube.

Many fans said they got emotional on the music video and many expressed sadness during Valentine’s Day. A netizen commented on the video saying, “The closure that JoshLian needs.”

Also one wrote, “Between her sobs, she whispered “wag mo’ko bitawan,” and Josh said “I need to” this breaks every JoshLia fans.”

One also added, “It’s not all about the forgiveness but the acceptance,” the lesson learned marked by the netizen.

As of this writing, the video has garnered over 13.4 million views after it premiered on February 14, 2021.
