The much-awaited sequel to Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent, is coming to theaters this October 18. Elle Fanning couldn’t be more excited about the premiere of the film. She posted a lengthy caption on her Instagram.
“Well… well… At age 14 I received a phone call that changed my life. I was cast as the Sleeping Beauty to Angelina Jolie’s iconic Maleficent. Premiering the sequel last night made me feel all the feels. Standing proud with 2 women I look up to in every way, knowing we created 3 powerful characters who use their strength in different ways. I still have goosebumps! ? AND an endless thank you to @alessandro_michele and the @gucci family for designing a dress fit for a fairytale right down to Aurora’s bloody finger prick. It’s all in the details. Disney magic was all around us. ??
