The Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) launches the International Innovation Summit to be held on November 12, 2019 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom. As the IT and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry continues to experience various shifts in the marketplace, this year’s Summit is all about addressing headwinds and highlighting various opportunities that can be pursued to strengthen the Philippines’ position as one of the top investment destinations in the world for IT-BPM services.

Themed, ‘Next PHase: Leading the Charge, Withstanding Headwinds, and Driving the Future of IT-BPM Today’, IIS 2019 is curated into three tracks that will chart the next phase of the Philippine IT-BPM industry. First is country and policy, to further elevate the industry and remain relevant in the global marketplace. Second is human capital, to ensure that the industry equips its most valuable asset, the Filipino talent, with the proper skill sets needed to provide service excellence. Last is deep tech, to encompass the innovation that is happening in the here and the now, and if the Philippine IT-BPM industry is future-ready.

In addition to the compelling topics, IBPAP will be announcing the recalibrated Philippine IT-BPM Roadmap 2022 figures as well as action plans that the industry must undertake to reach those numbers. The Summit will also be gathering experts and thought leaders from inside and outside the industry to share valuable insights and discuss how the different stakeholders of the IT-BPM industry can work together in ensuring its continued growth and innovation.
