8. The difference between the Feast and the Traslacion?

A common misnomer from Filipinos is that Traslacion is the entire Feast of the Black Nazarene. Just for clarification, the Feast of the Black Nazarene is the traditional novena that commemorates the Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, while the Traslacion is the procession of the image from Quirino Grandstand to Quiapo Church with the traditional blessing of the image to the thousands of devotees.
