9. Shirking Small Responsibilities

Being given small responsibilities, beyond your usual tasks, is normal. Not all are pleased with this, but we really have little choice but to give in. However, not all of us actually do it; instead, we pass it on to the next person at work. In some instances, it may be justifiable, but if you make this a pattern of behavior, you will have to pay for it when your manager asks you to resign.
