Constructive complains about your superiors can be acceptable, at times; but, once it becomes a habit and includes irrational comments – it turns into a big problem. Be careful of developing this bad habit, because it might just land you in hot waters with your boss. Worse case scenario here is that management will see you as a distraction to the company’s synergy and get relieved you from your duties.
