Yasser Marta and Alex Diaz star in a cute story of love between a man and a merman in the latest episode of My Fantastic Pag-ibig, dubbed “Fairy Tail Romance,” airing this Saturday (March 13) on GTV.

Yasser portrays the character of Nep, a human who will be the object of affection of Lantis—a merman played by Alex.

Nep is nursing a heartache from a recent breakup. It doesn’t help that a deep-seated family issue is adding to his depression. He retreated to their resort with his loving yaya Bebot (Cecil Paz) in the hope of healing and moving on.

Unknown to him, Lantis was waiting for his return. Lantis has been eyeing him from afar ever since he first saw Nep before. While Lantis’ best friend Kabibabe (Jo Berry) still believes that falling for a human is a helpless case, she still gives her full support to her friend.

Lantis would do anything to get closer to Nep—even resorting to magic to become human without knowing about the possible consequence of his actions.

Nep finds a companion in Lantis who has now become a human. Nep slowly gets back to his old, cheerful self. Lantis is very happy to discover that they have an instant connection. Is this what they call “love knows no gender”? But what if Lantis’ real identity gets revealed? Will Nep still accept him as he is?

My Fantastic Pag-ibig presents “Fairy Tail Romance”—the latest installment of the weekly romance-fantasy anthology that has captured the hearts of viewers every Saturday.

Joining Yasser, Alex, Jo, and Cecil in this two-part episode is Skelly Clarkson. “Fairy Tail Romance” is directed by Adolf Alix, Jr.

Catch “Fairy Tail Romance” on March 13 and 20, in My Fantastic Pag-big, 7:45 pm only on GTV.
