Wedding bells will be ringing soon for Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque, as they recently revealed they are already engaged!
On July 19, Bea shared photos of her as a wedding proposal, and Dominic surprised her during her shoot. In the said post, it was disclosed that the proposal was made on July 18.
“It was a balmy afternoon in Las Casas. I was there for a shoot, but little did I know that the next thing that would happen would change our lives forever,” Bea said.
The actress shared that she was a little suspicious during the shoot because her stylist asked her to turn around. “I found it a bit odd, but when I turned around, I found Dom kneeling with a box in his hand,” she said.
Sharing how she felt during Dominic’s proposal, Bea expressed that she was really surprised, even though she had already acted in so many proposal scenes on television.
“You see, I have done so many proposal scenes in my entire career, but nothing beats the real thing. I have been doing it all wrong!” Bea said.
“Dom said his speech, and it’s like time stood still. Everything went in slow motion. And I felt different emotions all at the same time—joy, excitement, love. I started bawling. But I didn’t want that moment to end,” she added.
Reminiscing on how magical it was to be engaged to the person they love, Bea and Dominic promised to stay in love with each other forever. “In front of the people we love, we decided on forever,” they captioned.
Bea and Dominic became official last year when the actress disclosed their relationship during an interview, asking what their real score was to each other.
