The online farming game ‘World of Pefas’, created by the CEO Gino Tekashi Martinez, and the idealist, John Molino, was formally launched on November 14th.

World of Pefas is a fun cryptocurrency NFT game that is influenced by Farmville in its main gameplay, where you can earn money by simply planting and waiting for it to harvest.

Since it is a farming game, the designers claimed that it contains weather from the Philippines, such as El Niño and La Niña, determining how much you will earn if you harvest the crops.

“Yun nga, parang bumase tayo sa mga mahal nating magsasaka, doon tayo kumuha ng idea,” said Tekashi in an interview with Pasig News Today.

“Yun yung ano po niya, yung sabi niya sa’kin, na mas padaliin mo nalang, sabi niya farming game,” Molina added.

The game is unaffected by inflation because it is decentralized and has its own ecosystem. The benefit is that the market cap or fund of World of Pefas exclusively circulates within that digital world.

Furthermore, it will require a minimum of PHP 15K to 80K to purchase virtual land, with a return on investment of approximately two months. As per the developers, it is presently available on the web and will soon be available for Android and iOS smartphones.
