Literally, this song captures the time of Baby’s life from the moment she met Johnny and found her spunk through dancing. The feature song plays at the end of the movie as the two leads, with Johnny having declared his feelings for Baby, dance the choreography they have been practicing all summer long because “Nobody puts Baby in a corner.” It won an Oscar and Golden Globe plus a Grammy for best pop performance by a duo.
