7. Noel’s

Would you believe if I said there is still a low-budget meal (as low as Php 50!) that will fill you up and won’t empty your wallet? Located at the Fidel Reyes street at the end of Agno, Noel’s bbq is a student favorite! Not only because it is in close proximity to the university but it’s tangy inihaw options such as Pork & Chicken Barbecue, Isaw ng Manok and Baboy hotdog roasted with special sauce. They may be giving some street food vibes but it is surely gastronomic! Ordering per stick, the price ranges from Php 10 – Php 45 with Php 12 for a cup of rice and Php 6 for half rice if you’re on a diet.
