Sunshine Dizon, who recently made her acting comeback in Kapamilya teleserye “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,” discuss mental health struggles and how to overcome it with Bernadette Sembrano in “Tao Po” this Sunday (August 6) via Kapamilya Channel and A2Z.

The actress hopes to inspire viewers who are dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), major panic disorder, and social anxiety like her to have the courage to address their conditions and not lose hope that they can live a healthier, happier life.

Meanwhile, Kabayan Noli de Castro helps Ermenda Lumacad, who got her foot amputated because of diabetes, obtain her wish for a prosthetic leg.
