The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVP) in the Philippines formally installs Maria Carla Salandanan-Maglalang as its 7th national president during the turn-over and installation ceremonies held at the Pope Pius XII Catholic Center, Manila Philippines last Oct. 13.
