Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and actor-singer Sam Milby truly surprised everyone with their engagement announcement on February 16.

The couple happily shared the news on Instagram as they posted a photo of them together, both holding coffee cups with the labels “Mr. Milby” and “Future Mrs. Milby.” Catriona was also seen wearing her diamond engagement ring.

“Living in an answered prayer with my best friend. I love you, fiancé,” Catriona said.

Meanwhile, Sam captioned his post: “I finally put a ring on it! I love you, my forever koala… now my fiancé.”

Catriona leveled up the kilig as she replied with a simple yet heartfelt, “I love you” in the comments.

Both of their posts were immediately flooded with well wishes from their family, showbiz friends, and fans, who are very happy to witness another milestone of their love journey.

With all smiles and looking very much in love, it was captioned: “Our best chapter yet.”

In May 2020, Sam and Catriona first went public with their relationship when the actor posted a picture of him with Catriona on his birthday.
