Pet care brand Royal Canin (RC) Philippines launches its exclusive loyalty program, the Royal Canin mobile application on October 12.

The Royal Canin Club app is the first-ever pet application in the Philippines, which is known to be well-rounded on its features that helps to connect its members to the nearest vets and pet stores that befit the need of all the Filipino pet owners. It includes exclusive news updates, e-learning tools, store locator, pet products, promotions, vouchers, and reward points that can be use anytime at utmost convenience.

More than 5 decades in service, RC has worked for better service to make a better world for cats and dogs and now, its new application surprises Filipino pet owners because of its timeliness and significance that make it easier for pet owners to access their daily needs.

“The Royal Canin Club app aims to be a trusted partner of pet owners who want nothing but the best for their cats and dogs. Through the app, we hope to provide guidance to discerning pet owners with accurate and relevant information about caring for their pets, all while they earn redeemable points for when they engage with the app’s activities,” RC PHilippines Director Adriann Eusebio said.

The launching was hosted by Tonipet Gaba at RC’s Facebook live. The event was attended by Jason Marvin, Moira De la Torre, Aubrey Miles, and Troy Montero as celebrity guests pet-owner couple who raises their love and concerns as pet owners.

During the launch, pet food supplies that can be consumed for up to three months were given as gift rewards to the first 20 members who to register in the app. “The most important things to get the benefit are to participate.” Eusebio said as he highlighted the point system that the members could enjoy as special offers when they download the app.

“Health is what we give to them at our best,” Dr. Melissa Phoon, RC Malaysia shared as she discussed about how Royal Canin is different in terms of food process from its high-tech packaging to carefully selected ingredients that sustain the canine needs. She further gave emphasis on how pet foods were all technologically designed that suits the cut of pet jaw bones that makes it more suitable to meet each health need and enjoy their diet.

According to Euromonitor International, pet care in the Philippines continues to improve in performance, which can be further attributed to the increasing popularity of dogs as pets and the growing sales of pet healthcare products gives a greater tendency of owners to feed their pets with packaged food.

In addition, Grand View Research, Inc recent study shows that the global pet care e-commerce market size is also expected to grow due to its increasing consumption around the world. Up to ten percent growth in pet adoption is also expected in the Asia-Pacific as the economy continues to grow in the region.

Royal Canin products are available at almost 1000 specialized stores, pet shops and veterinary clinic nationwide.
