Original Pinoy hit musical “Mula sa Buwan” is set to grace the theater stage once again, promising audiences an unforgettable experience filled with music, drama, and romance. The production will run from August 16 to September 8 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati.

Returning to reprise their lead roles are two of the musical’s beloved stars: Myke Salomon, who will once again bring life to the character of Cyrano, and Gab Pangilinan, who will retain her role as Roxane. Joining them is MC Dela Cruz, who will take on the role of Christian, previously played by Markki Stroem.

Audiences can also expect to see familiar faces from the musical’s successful 2022 run, as well as the introduction of new talents to the production.

“Mula sa Buwan” has garnered multiple awards, having previously won the Best Musical Award and Best Stage Direction for a Musical at the 35th Aliw Awards. It also received the Outstanding Original Score Award at the 3rd Gawad Buhay Awards.

“Mula sa Buwan” captivated Filipino audiences with its timeless story of hope, love, and dreams set against the backdrop of a changing city. Inspired by Edmond Rostand’s classic Cyrano de Bergerac, the musical transports audiences to the 1940s, where “wide-eyed dreamers, mavericks, and misfits” find solace in music, passion, and genuine friendships.

Under the supervision of director-playwright Pat Valera, “Mula sa Buwan” promises to deliver an enchanting theatrical experience that will resonate with audiences of all ages.
