The Department of Health (DOH) on Wednesday recorded 330 more Covid-19 recoveries.
In its daily Covid-19 bulletin, the DOH said the new recoveries increased the country’s total recoveries to 534,778 or 91.9 percent of all infections.
It also logged 1,783 new Covid-19 cases, with active cases now at 35,056 or 6 percent of the country’s 582,223 total infections.
Of the active cases, the DOH said 90.1 percent are mild symptoms, 4.7 percent are asymptomatic, 2.2 percent are critical, 2.2 percent with severe symptoms, and 0.84 percent have moderate symptoms.
The DOH also tallied 20 more deaths, pushing the death toll to 12,389.
Out of the 27,338 Covid-19 tests administered on Tuesday, it said 7.9 percent or 2,154 turned out positive for Covid-19. (PNA)
