The roll-out of the coronavirus vaccine in the world has made countries reopen borders for travelers worldwide. Vaccines have been in a bid to prevent the spread and help other people to go back to their travel destinations.

However, the number of vaccine brands being rolled out of different types and dosages has become a bit confusing for travelers to identify which country accepts a certain vaccine brand.

For instance, Hungary, in general, has the highest number of vaccines approved but the EU Member States have permitted only four vaccine brands by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) which are Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Janssen that are identified to be used for travelers.

Yet, Hungary has as many as eight vaccines being approved. Therefore, Hungary is set to permit inoculated travelers with any of the vaccines approved by its health authorities.

With 40.2% of the world’s population having received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccines, many are still hesitant as to what vaccine brands they are going to take as they go abroad.

In light of the issue, VisaGuide.World has developed a new tool called the Covid Vaccine Checker that enables travelers across the globe to plan ahead about what vaccines they are going to immunize against Covid-19 as accepted as valid proof by their destination country.

Here’s how to check whether you can travel to your specific country with your vaccine:

1. Go to https://visaguide.world/news/vaccine-checker-proof-of-immunity-for-travel/
2. Choose the vaccine you have taken
3. Search for the country you wanted to visit

This tool helps travelers to recognize what vaccines are accepted as valid for immunization against Covid-19 in their respective travel destination or not.

Please note that this tool only serves as your guide and travelers must check for such information with the intended destination on the authority’s official travel guide website.
