Nanay Erlinda, who started selling meals in 1977, will share the beginnings of her food stall and how it thrived over the years, attracting students, varsity athletes, and visitors alike.

Meanwhile, Karen Davila features Pam Mejia, the creator of PAMME, who makes unique beaded bags from recycled plastic waste, such as bottle caps. After winning an international competition, her creations were launched at ArteFino, a prestigious annual artisan fair, and were subsequently sold out in just four days.
