After launching Manila City’s first free drive thru testing center at the Andres Bonifacio Monument last July 15, Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso announced on Saturday, July 18, the launch of the city’s second free drive-thru testing site for COVID-19 located at Quirino Grand Stand starting Monday, July 20.

The testings sites are open for both residents and non-residents of Manila, provided that they present a valid government ID.

The testings sites in Andres Bonifacio Monument and Quirino Grandstand will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
