Sorrowful news was received by the Hollywood world as another legend was lost after the reported death of André Braugher.
Disclosed by his publicist, Braugher died at the age of 61, with no further details mentioned for the cause of his death; hence, supporters conclude that it is because of his health condition.
Remembering his contribution to the entertainment industry, the Hollywood artist was commonly known for his character in international series such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
In the said series, the actor played the role of Captain Ray Holt. He became a popular character in the show with his notable acting, striking lines, and relationship with his dog Cheddar for over eight years.
He became this character because of his sense of humor, but with a deep sense of humanity, he became one of the favorites in the show. With his character, he was previously nominated by different award-giving bodies, recognizing his notable performance.
Aside from Brooklyn Nine-Nine, there are other notable international series that made a name for the actor, such as “Homicide: Life on the Street” and “Last Resort.”
Other than leading series and movies, the international actor also became a voice actor in some animated series, such as “Bojack Horseman.”
