While actors Gelli de Belen and Ariel Rivera are busy with their own acting careers here in the Philippines, their sons, Joaquin and Julio, are also busy with their thriving biko business in Mississauga, Ontario named Lolo Ben’s Biko.

Named and inspired by the original recipe of Ariel Rivera’s father, the Lolo Ben’s Biko business gives the siblings extra money for their education and allowance.

In a vlog posted by De Belen on her official Youtube account, she featured her sons and her husband as they made the Biko. In a short Q and A in between the cooking, De Belen asked his sons why they wanted to venture into business. Joaquin and Julio’s answers were short, and they said in jest that it was because they were broke college students.

According to Julio, selling biko is fun, especially because he sees that people like the biko they cook. Joaquin added that they feel prouder of their biko because it’s their Lolo’s recipe.

On Lolo Ben’s Biko official Instagram page, the celebrity couple also posed happily as the assistants of their children’s business.

Rivera also showed on his Instagram how he would help in making Biko, which is available for pre-orders in the Greater Toronto area. De Belen also posted a photo of her holding the biko they made.
