Filipino star Kylie Padilla took to social media to share her sentiments on the challenges and fulfillment of being a single mom of two.

On April 24, the actress shared photos of herself with her two sons, Alas and Axl.

In her post, she expressed how she is longing to see her sons as she is busy taping for her new show. Her post also expounded on her emotions about being a single mother in this kind of situation.

“Single motherhood is so hard! I don’t want to mince words anymore. I miss my kiddos,” she said.
Kylie explained that she is trying so hard to make time for her kids, but there are times when her career really needs to be focused on.

“I wish I could just hold them forever and make them understand how much they ground me, how much they guide me, and how much of what I do is for their future,” she said.

Despite her busy schedule, Kylie still promised through her post that she would allot more time with her children soon, especially since she also plays the role of a father to them.

“Laban mga ina!” she closed the caption, showing her support and compassion for fellow single parents, especially single mothers.

Kylie was previously engaged to actor Aljur Abrenica in 2017 and got married on December 2018. Yet, in July 2021, the couple announced to split up and the actress has been a single mom since.
