As her son Bimby celebrated his 17th birthday, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino shared a heartfelt message on social media, expressing her love and pride for her beloved son. However, amidst the celebration, Kris revealed her innermost fear of not being around for Bimby’s 18th birthday.
In an emotional Instagram post, Kris confessed to shedding tears as she contemplated the possibility of not witnessing her son’s milestone due to health concerns. She recounted her journey battling autoimmune conditions and thanked Bimby for his unwavering support and love throughout her struggles.
“Ayokong sirain ang dapat good vibes sa 17th birthday ni bimb BUT I also know for all those praying for us I owe you the TRUTH,” Kris wrote. “I’m sorry for showing weakness yesterday when I cried nonstop because of my fear that I may not be around to be with you on your 18th birthday.”
“Love doesn’t die. Please remember that. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the love of my life,” Kris’ letter continued.
Despite her worries, Kris wishes for Bimby to remain strong in character, uphold admirable values, and continue his passion for learning. She expressed her eternal love for her son and acknowledged his maturity and responsibility, especially in caring for his older brother, Kuya Josh.
