Prince of Pop Justine Bieber breaks record for Spotify’s monthly listeners, having been named the most listened to artist with 83.3 million users, Chart Data reported Sunday, August 29.

Spotify, the music streaming platform, confirmed Bieber has over 83.3 monthly listeners, a world-breaking record artist in the music industry since no other artist has surpassed the 80 million mark.
Bieber’s accomplishment has named him as the heir of Michael Jackson, who was referred to as the world’s genre king.
However, this isn’t much of a surprise since Bieber’s “Stay” with The Kid LAROI has placed the Billboard Hot 100 for three consecutive weeks.

Following Bieber’s Spotify status is The Weeknd bagging the second place with 74.5 million monthly listeners, and Ed Sheeran in the third place with 72.4 million listeners per month.
Dua Lipa is Spotify’s female most streamed artist with 65.5 million, followed by Doja Cat with 60.84 million.
