This March 21 to 25, ALL college students and fresh graduates all over the Philippines can join the 5-day festival filled with career opportunities.

UP CAP recently utilized Highre, an immersive 3D virtual platform and an avenue where students can meet their potential employers. This platform has booths from over 80 companies ranging from start-ups to leading corporations.

Through this platform, each company can host webinars to have more engaging conversations with the students. This virtual platform also allows students to network with top recruiters by learning about company culture, job opportunities, and other industry-related tips in the webinars, drop their resumes in the resume drop-off portals where it is sent directly to the companies and engage in 1:1 meeting appointments where they can tailor fit their conversations to their career goals and competitive edge.
