Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes of a musical?

ABS-CBN reporter Jervis Manahan grants viewers an all-access pass to the latest staging of “Rama Hari,” a musical based on the Sanskrit epic “Ramayana,” in “Tao Po” this Sunday (September 17).

Jervis will also feature Arman Ferrer, who plays Rama in the story, while giving a sneak-peak of the rehearsals and backstage happenings. The musical is a collaboration between five national artists and will be performed in the Metropolitan Theater and the Samsung Performing Arts Theater for two consecutive weekends.

Meanwhile, Kabayan Noli De Castro will bring aid and speak to the victims of the oil spill in Mindoro who are still reeling from the effects of the incident. He will also bring light to the story of fisherman Mamerto “Ka Mameng” De Mesa, who lost his son while seeking aid, and his daily survival with his two orphaned grandchildren.

On the other hand, viewers will get to witness Bernadette Sembrano do a storytime with children in a small community in North Caloocan. She will also feature part-time teacher Lawrence Cusipag, who started “Books and Bread”, a community library where he teaches little children how to read and offers them snacks as incentive.
