Heart Evangelista “swears” she did not undergo plastic surgery, particularly on her face.

On Sunday, Heart went over to her Instagram stories and used the “Questions” feature to have a chika session with her fans. One of her 6.9m followers asked, “Have you done any plastic surgeries? :D”

She didn’t beat around the bush, and directly answered: “Never done anything to my face. My eyes and nose etc, were made by God. I swear. I have nothing against it, in fact am for it if ikakaganda mo. I just hate the idea that some people think that I am lying.”

She also supports her claim by saying that she scars very bad, which is why undergoing surgeries freak her out.

To make sure that her point was well taken, she then followed that story with a collage of her photos through the years- at the ages 3, 19, 35.

In 2015, the same rumors have haunted the actress, though she denied that she had surgery on her nose, cheek, and breasts in a video for the promotion of her book, “This Is Me, Love Marie.”

On October 27, Heart also dropped a single titled “Breathe You,” which is timely to the said controversy. According to her, this song reminds her of “how far she has come,” as she also wrote the song when she was 21-the age when she was still figuring things out.
