HBO Max, an online streaming platform, has unveiled a new feature that allows users to choose from a variety of programs and films to watch, similar to how other streaming services allow customers to choose from a variety of films and programs.

Shuffling feature has been present with tech and media since time immemorial, so it would not be a surprise that HBO Max launches something similar with Spotify’s shuffle feature, or Netflix’s shuffle feature for subscribers to enjoy their free time.

The recent feature mainly shuffles episodes from a certain program series you’ve been watching. Featuring legacy shows, some other cult-classic shows like The Big Bang Theories, Hot ones, also animated programs, like the recent Adventure Time: Distant Lands, and many more are among the 45 programs that are available in the catalog.

The Shuffling feature is yet to stand alone in TV devices, and the feature will only be accessible via web browser. It makes sense that missing cable means that this streaming service can be one’s next alternative for cable TV.
