Former Disney star, Demi Lovato, drops $7 million for a large estate located in Los Angeles, California.
The lavish residence is a 8,500 square feet newly built farmhouse in San Fernando Valley. It consists of six bedrooms, nine toilet rooms, and a short-gated way to the two-car garage in addition to the long-gated one connecting the second garage. It also boasts amenities such as a pool, backyard, and a full outdoor kitchen.
The modern farmhouse is made of wide plank hardwood floors, high ceilings, and full of oversized windows that allows natural lights to enter. The floor plan is widely open to different rooms, including the dining area and family area.
It’s also a safe space for the ‘Sober’ singer, thanks to the full-security cameras, lights and the other devices that can easily controlled by the her devices.
Lovato’s new purchase is a magical moment for her. The 28-year-old singer sold her house Hollywood Hills mansion in June after suffering from drug overdose there two years prior.
Lovato recently said yes to actor Max Ehrich after 5 months of dating.
