Filipino-American comedian Jo Koy will be coming back to the Philippines for the Manila leg of his “Funny Is Funny Tour”.

Live Nation Philippines, the local promoter of Jo Koy’s concert tour, announced the details via a Twitter post last Sunday.

“Back for more! 🤣,” Live Nation captioned.

Jo Koy’s “Funny Is Funny Tour” in Manila is set to be held at SM’s Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on August 31, 2022. The price range for the tickets starts at PHP 1,750 and goes up to PHP 8,000.

Jo Koy, also known as Joseph Glenn Herbert, is known and loved by Pinoys for his witty antics and punchlines about Filipino-American heritage.

Clips of him narrating stories about growing up with a Filipina mother abroad are still viral on social media up until this day.

Recently, the comedian also announced that he is set to star in a Steven Spielberg film called “Easter Sunday,” where he portrays a fictionalized version of himself as he returns home to his Filipino family to celebrate Easter.

The last time Jo Koy visited Manila was pre-pandemic. The Fil-Am actor-comedian is set to come back once again to the Philippines and bring the laughs straight to the Pinoys’ ears live.

Tickets for the “Funny Is Funny Tour” in Manila will go on sale starting June 14, 10 AM PHT via SM Tickets.
