Philippine cinema’s queen of hearts, Bela Padilla, finally released the trailer of her very own written and directed story, “Yung Libro Sa Napanood Ko,” starring Korean actor Yoo Min-gon.

On her Instagram account, the local actress Bela Padilla has posted the first sneak peek of the official trailer of her upcoming movie.

“So excited for you guys to finally see this. Mapapamahal ka sa bawat pahina,” Bela said.

The storyline of the film revolves around a Korean drama fan, played by Bela, who gets inspired to write her own book and meets a Korean man on her writing journey.

The trailer showed how the two characters developed feelings for one another and could be lovers. However, the trajectory of the trailer implies the opposite.

With the emotional scenes showcased in its first official trailer, local artists and influencers have expressed their excitement to watch the said movie to know more about their character’s journey.

“Congratulations!!! At may title ka na! Isa ka ng baraha! See you sa sinehan!” her co-actor Jericho Rosales commented.

“Jeskelerd naman Bella! Gusto ko manuod pero ayoko kasi umiyak,” influencer Justine Luzares also commented.

With lots of love from her supporters and other individuals, the official trailer already got two million views in a span of two days after its release.

Other than Bela and Min-Gon, the film has the special participation of the veteran actress Lorna Tolentino and Asia’s King of Talk, Boy Abunda.

This film, “Yung Libro Sa Napanood Ko,” is one of the eight official entries to this year’s Summer Metro Manila Film Festival, which is set to run for 11 days starting on April 8.
