“Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10” big winner Anji Salvacion delivers a bolder and more alluring image in her new single “Paraiso” which will be available on streaming platforms this Friday (Apr. 14).

The vibrant and upbeat track, her first project under Tarsier Records, encourages listeners to boost their self-esteem and embrace their own version of paradise. With its intricate beats and complex harmonies, the track was produced by US-based producer, Exale, and composed by US-based singer-songwriter, Annie Lux. “Paraiso” showcases Anji’s evolving musical style, vocal prowess, and growth as an artist.

“Self-confidence right now is very hard to achieve because everybody in this generation is competing with each other. I just want to remind everyone that it’s not about competing, it’s about going with your own pace and that’s what the song really means to me, embracing one’s self, your body, your beauty, your skin, your everything, your personality, that’s what it’s all about,” Anji explained.

She also shared that she felt confident upon hearing the song for the first time.

“Yung pag-record namin sobrang nakakatuwa siya ‘cause when I first heard the song it made me confident about myself, it made me love myself even more so I want everyone to love themselves even more. If you’re hearing this everyone, love yourself,” she said.

Before becoming known as the singing sweetheart of Siargao in “PBB,” Anji participated in the first season of “Idol Philippines” back in 2019. She entered the music industry by releasing three soundtracks namely, “Buo” from the teleserye “Marry Me, Marry You,” “Keeps on Coming Back” from the IWantTFC series “Unloving U,” and “Don’t Be Afraid” from the drama series “My Sunset Girl.”

Last year, Anji released her debut EP “Kasingkasing Dalampasigan” which contains six self-penned tracks that show her sweet and soft vocals accompanied by acoustic instrumentals. Its key track “Dalampasigan” has over two million streams across different platforms, while her EP has earned over 4.5 million streams on Spotify.

Feel Anji’s confidence in her new single “Paraiso” out this Friday (Apr. 14) on various music streaming platforms. For details, follow Tarsier Records on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube as well as Star Pop’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
