Up-and-coming artist Angia has introduced the music video for her debut single, “Back Again,” featuring Moophs.

She launched the music video in an intimate sensory experience held last Thursday (May 29) at the ABS-CBN Music Lounge. Angia showed how anxiety and struggles can cause emotions to run high and be overwhelming at times in the video shot in a run-down establishment.

Her song “Back Again,” which was released under Tarsier Records, captures the emotional push and pull of feeling overwhelmed and the search for a way to overcome life’s obstacles.

“Just because it’s messy doesn’t mean you’re not on the right track. Life’s like that sometimes. I hope you all love this just as much as I do, and maybe you can cry to this too,” she said.

Angia co-wrote the song with Moophs and Nameless Kids’ vocalist Nhiko Sabiniano. Prior to its release, it was first heard as the soundtrack of the ABS-CBN series “High Street.”

Raised in Manila, the 22-year-old singer-songwriter embraces every moment in life through making music, visual arts, and theater. She also expresses her creativity through makeup, which led her to be featured in Preview and Mega Magazine and named as Favorite Makeup Transformation at Nylon Manila’s Big Bold Brave Awards.
