Filipina actress Angelica Panganiban surprised everyone after announcing her pregnancy on her Instagram on Sunday, March 20.
She shared a photo and a quick video of her sonogram while she and her boyfriend, Gregg Homan, were in the image’s background. Panganiban expressed her joy in taking the role of being a mother as this was her most-anticipated role in her life.

In the caption, she wrote: “Sa wakas!!! Magagampanan ko na rin ang pinaka hihintay, at pinaka importanteng papel ng buhay ko. Magiging ganap na INA na po ako.”
She also thanked her family and friends for their love and support. “Opo, may matres ako mga baklaaah! ipagpapasalamat ko na rin ang mga kapamilya, kaibigan, at mga marites na sumuporta, nagdiwang, nagdasal at patuloy na nagdadasal para sa pamilya namin,” she added.
Panganiban’s close friends and other celebrities have also expressed their joy in the comment section of Panganiban’s post.

Panganiban and Homan have been in a relationship since January 2021. On New Year’s Day of 2021, Panganiban shared a photo of her kissing a man, which confirmed that she was already in a relationship. However, Panganiban didn’t reveal Homan’s identity in the picture yet.
In February 2021, Panganiban publicly identified Homan with their selfie in Subic. Panganiban and Homan celebrated their first anniversary in July that year.

Before Panganiban’s announcement, she also posted a group photo on her Instagram page, including Filipina actresses Angel Locsin, Anne Curtis, Bea Alonzo, and Dimples Romana. On Saturday, March 18, Romana announced that she was pregnant with her third child on her Instagram page. A day after Panganiban’s announcement, Romana posted a group photo with her and Panganiban revealing their baby bumps.
