Boracay was filled with music and romance as “Summer For Reel” brought Kapamilya artists Angela Ken, Maki, and Bugoy Drilon to serenade the island’s guests with beautiful acoustic performances last Saturday (May 4).
Angela treated the audience with heartwarming covers and original songs, including “Alas Diyes” and “Ako Naman Muna.” She also performed her song collaboration with Maki titled “Sikulo.”
Maki brought the house down with various numbers, including his well-received performances of his songs “Bakit?,” “Kailan?,” and the phenomenal hit “Saan?” The ABS-CBN Music artist also performed a snippet of his upcoming single “Dilaw.”
Bugoy further heated the jamming sesh on the island with several performances including his heart-tugging number of “Waiting in Vain,” “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You,” “One Day,” and his hit song “Paano Na Kaya.”
ABS-CBN’s grand summer event culminated with a movie screening at the famous Boracay’s shore of the hit romcom “Love You To The Stars and Back” starring Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto.
DJs Stephen Magsino and Hottiejib also joined the fun to give the hottest beats courtesy of the MYX Sets.
