Korean pop idol and “Pambansang Krung Krung” Sandara Park surprised Pinoy pop fans as she announced her upcoming collaboration with SB19.

On August 6, a local electronics company celebrated its 20th anniversary through a concert featuring Sandara, Sarah Geronimo, and other Filipino artists.

During the concert, Sandara announced that she would be collaborating with a Filipino artist.

Sarah Geronimo said that she wanted to collaborate with the Korean idol, but Sandara later revealed that it’s SB19 that she will be working with.

“I’m looking forward [to this] kaya abangan niyo ‘yan,” she expressed.

Fandoms of both artists were delighted by the news, especially A’TIN, SB19’s fandom, as their idols will be collaborating again with a huge artist after working just recently with Asia’s Popstar Royalty Sarah.

Other details are yet to be announced regarding the anticipated collaboration, but it is set to release in December, serving as a Christmas gift to Sandara’s fans and A’TIN.

Sandara released her first-ever solo album on July 12 since her 2NE1 debut in 2009.
