Fans can now get their first full look at Kathryn Bernardo, James Reid, and Maja Salvador’s highly anticipated primetime series “Someone, Someday” as ABS-CBN released its official trailer today (July 8).
The modern, feel-good, and progressive series with a heart will air on weeknights beginning July 27 at 8:45 PM on ALLTV2, TV5, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live on Facebook and YouTube. It will also stream first on Netflix on July 24 and on iWant on July 25, and it will also be available on TFC.
The trailer follows the journey of Billy (Kathryn) – a young woman who finds purpose in caring for her family, leading her company, and helping other women. While she thrives as the CEO of Love List, a dating app that empowers women to find true love, she finds deeper meaning in providing for her family, especially for her younger brother Oliver (Migs Casimiro), whom she raised by herself.
As Billy navigates life, her friendship with her best friend Jordan (James) will deepen as she leans on him for support when a mysterious woman named Abby (Maja) enters her life with a seemingly hidden agenda.
When she faces challenges that threaten everything she values, Billy must confront the wounds that she’s spent years hiding before she can reclaim her dreams, and finally discover whether someone, someday, was meant for her after all.
Excitement for the series has continued to build since Dreamscape Entertainment unveiled the first concept photos featuring Kathryn, James, and Maja.
Directed by Chad V. Vidanes and Dolly Dulu, “Someone, Someday” is composed of a powerful cast that includes Dimples Romana, Rowell Santiago, Rita Avila, McCoy De Leon, and Daniela Stranner.
