Kapamilya singer-songwriter Angela Ken brings her new EP, “Panahon,” to life through a busking tour around the metro.
She is set to perform at SM North EDSA today (May 8), SM City Baliwag on May 12 (Tuesday), SM City Sta. Mesa on May 14 (Thursday), SM Mall of Asia on May 15 (Friday), SM Southmall on May 18 (Monday), and SM City Fairview on May 20 (Wednesday).
Angela will sing tracks from her “Panahon” EP released under Tarsier Records featuring songs that “transcend time and seasons.” It includes new tracks “kahapon,” “panahon,” and “simula ngayon” and previously released singles “baka bukas,” “kulimlim,” “pwede bang mamaya?”
Angela is behind the hit song “Sikulo,” her collaboration with Maki and Nhiko Sabiniano, and “Ako Naman Muna.” She also joined the OPM band Over October for their “Moved on Last” collab released last year.
Her “baka bukas” single has recently hit over 1.2 million streams on Spotify.
