The first-ever global pop girl group from Indonesia, no na, kicks off the new year with “work,” a striking, high-energy single that marks a powerful evolution in the group’s sound and energy. Out now via 88rising, the track arrives alongside a bold music video that showcases their choreography, stamina, and attitude.

“work” is the group’s most dance-forward pop release to date. In this drum-driven hype record powered by Indonesian beats and gamelan-inspired rhythms, percussive hits collide with chant-ready hooks and relentless momentum, turning the track into a physical experience for the stage and the dance floor. It is confident, disciplined, and unapologetically loud—a statement of intent from a group stepping fully into their power.

Lyrically and sonically, “work” reframes ambition as ritual and resolve. The track is about showing up, putting in the hours, and earning the glow-up. As no na declare it, this is girl boss energy rooted in community and craft. New year, new mode, no excuses. Each member of no na—Christy, Esther, Baila, and Shaz—brings a distinct presence to the record, highlighting the group’s chemistry and bond. The music video, directed by Fa & Fon, acts as a full performance breakdown that highlights their physicality and dance mastery. This era is about strength and collective drive, reminding audiences why no na are a force to be reckoned with.

The new track comes off the heels of the group’s recently released single, “the one,” which dropped in November. The dreamy pop song feels like a late-night confession, containing hazy 80’s-inspired retro synths and beautiful string motifs that highlight the group’s musical chemistry. The song’s music video has gone on to accumulate a tremendous 4.4 million views, demonstrating the enormous reach the group has garnered in such a short amount of time. no na is set to take that energy into 2026, starting off the year with new music and a highly anticipated performance at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M7 World Championship Finals on January 25th in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Since debuting in 2025, no na have rapidly made their mark on the global stage with tracks like “shoot,” “superstitious,” and “sad face :(,” earning buzz for their genre-blending sound and bold visual identity. Their growing list of collaborations, including Samsung, Tiffany & Co., and BAPE, reflects their rising influence at the intersection of music, fashion, and culture.

no na embody a new era of global pop, proudly rooted in Indonesian authenticity while resonating with audiences around the world.
