The two biggest and most popular loveteam in the country finally are coming back in the television series scene as they confirmed they will be the main cast of the upcoming TV series, ‘Too Good to be True.’
Actress Kathryn Bernardo and Actor Daniel Padilla revealed in a TV Patrol report last September 27 that they will start the taping this October.
“Tuloy na tuloy na po ‘yung teleserye namin. Magsa-start na kami mag-taping this October. The title is “Too Good to be True” and we are really excited for this project,” the actress revealed.
Padilla also shared how he anticipated this project after years of not being seen on TV. “After four years na wala kami sa TV, ito na nagbabalik na kami. Magtataping na kami very soon,” the actor shared.
In a Twitter post by the ABS-CBN, they teased the fans with the upcoming series through a mini behind-the-scenes of the photoshoot. The young couple shared that the series is a gift to the fans who have been with them for a decade.

Padilla and Bernardo also starred in a digital romantic comedy movie series “The House Arrest of Us” which aired from October 2020 to January 2021. However, Bernardo said that they wanted to have a rom-com series once again.
Padilla added, “Nakagawa na kaming lahat nang isang magandang proyekto, isang magandang script kaya excitement na lang talaga ang nararamdaman ko ngayon kasi it’s been a while.”
Recently, the long-time couple released their 90-minute documentary entitled, ‘KathNiel: Isang Dekada’ to mark their 10th anniversary as a love team.
