Jollibee, a family-centric fast-food brand in the Philippines that is known to bring the family together, has thanked its fans who expressed their support in a 2-minute nostalgic-filled video released on June 10.

The notable ‘Thank You’ video was released following a customer complaint in mistaken deep-fried towel instead of chicken that happened on June 1 at Jollibee, Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

In the face of allegation, the company ordered a three-day closure in BGC Branch to give a thorough investigation on the incident.

In the Facebook video, Jollibee captioned “Salamat sa pagmamahal na ipinadama ninyo sa amin. Pangako na patuloy ang pagbibigay naming ng joy ngayon at magpakailanman.”

“Salamat. Salamat sa bawat sandaling kami ang pinili ninyong magbigay ng saya sa inyo. At salamat sa mga pagkakataong kami naman ang pinasaya ninyo,” Jollibee said.

Jollibee features several walks of life photos of kids’ birthday parties, family groupies, and workmates and friends’ old selfies. “Kahit sa mga panahong hindi naming inaasahan. Nand’yan kayo. Salamat sa lahat ng ala-alang pinagsaluhan natin. Binyag, birthday, graduation, at hangang kasal,” it said.
“Salamat at hinayaan ninyong maging bahagi kami ng buhay ninyo. Sa mga umagang kinailangan ninyo ng lakas. At sa mga gabing bitbit ninyo ang joy pauwi sa pamilya. Sa mga oras na kailangan mong sabihing “I love you” “I miss you” “I’m sorry”,” it added.

As of this writing, the video garnered 43,000 reactions and 9,000 shares. “Para sa inyo na hindi bumitaw at patuloy na nagmamahal, kasiyahan namin ang mapasaya kayo. Panghahawakan namin ‘yan. Magpakailanman,” marked the video.

To date, Jollibee has more than 1,400 stores nationwide and over 270 branches outside the country including the United States, Canada, Vietnam, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates and more.
